Tucked away off the beaten track, this fabulous detached house lies in the countryside yet is only minutes from many of the county's most popular beaches and family attractions.

Presented to a good standard, with five bedrooms, four with en suites, Squirrel's Wood is perfect for any family or large group wanting a relaxing break.

 

Located in a rural setting on a working farm close to the hamlet of Fiddler's Green, you are a short drive from the north Cornish coast. You're also very well placed for day trips to charming seaside villages and many other wonderful attractions.

First impressions are pretty special, as you walk through the hallway to a spacious kitchen/diner and sitting-area, the perfect spot to settle down and watch a good movie with a chilled glass of wine.

 

If you decide to dine in for the evening there is a superb kitchen that is well-equipped to cook up a fantastic dinner and a large table with chairs for 12. Next to the kitchen you will find a utility-room, the ideal place for everyone's coats and muddy wellies.

 

On this same floor you will find a second sitting-room with comfy sofas and two double bedrooms, both with en suites.

Heading upstairs on the first floor you come to a further three bedrooms, with two having en suites.

 

Stepping outside from the back door in the utility-room you will find a private courtyard garden with barbecue and furniture, so you can dine out on a sunny day while enjoying the surrounding rural view and the local wildlife, maybe a squirrel or two! (The garden isn't enclosed, so please do keep a close eye on the children).
